Halloween Pumpkin Cookies | Simple and Delicious

Today we are making a super cute and easy to make pumpkin cookie.

Icing sugar 1.8 oz

Butter 1.8 oz

Low gluten flour 3.6 oz

Ground almonds 1.1 oz

Baking powder 1/6 tsp

Pumpkin puree 1.6 oz

  • Steps

① Steam the pumpkin puree in advance, press it into a puree and leave it to cool.

② Beat the softened butter with the icing sugar until it turns white.

③ Add the pumpkin puree and beat well.

④ Add the flour, almond flour and baking powder and mix well.

⑤ Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes and allow to cool.

⑥ Melt a small amount of chocolate over hot water and draw ghost faces.
