Low flour 2.8 oz
Corn oil 0.4 oz
Shredded carrot 1.9 oz
Chicken breast 11 oz
Pumpkin puree 4.9 oz
① Steam the pumpkin and set aside. Remove the excess fat from the chicken breasts and puree the meat.
② Beat the eggs with the corn oil and stir well.
③ Add the pumpkin, flour and carrot and mix well.
④ Finally, add the raw chicken and mix well.
⑤ Place in a laminating bag, squeeze into paper cups and garnish with chicken and pumpkin.
⑥ Bake in preheated oven at 175°C for 38 minutes.
