Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept any return merchandise without order# or shipped out over 90 day from shipping date.
 TIMEXING aims to provide the best quality products on-time delivery and 7 days a week after-sales support. We do ask you, our customers, to keep in mind:
  • If you have any questions, please contact our after-sales team at [email protected] If the product is submitted for a refund due to non-quality reasons you do not like, you need to mail the product to the warehouse, and you need to bear the shipping cost. Professionals will review whether to refund after receiving your goods, and the refund request will be completed within 3 business days.
  • If the product is severely damaged and cannot be used, please send an email to [email protected] and provide the corresponding order number. Our team will help you with photos or video evidence of product damage. Therefore, you must provide the above information correctly as required, otherwise the technicians will not be able to provide you with help and services.
  • Products return must be in new & resalable condition. They will be inspected upon receipt.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer address & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.

If Customs clearance procedures are required, delays may occur, which may affect our original delivery estimation time. TIMEXING is not responsible for any packages held by a country’s Customs Office.
