A sugar-free and oil-free pumpkin tart
Crispy tart crust, dense pumpkin puree, delicate cream
Delicious, low fat and healthier.
Corn starch 0.4 oz
Oats 4.2 oz
Light cream 1.2 oz
Pumpkin 7.1 oz
① Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
② After the pumpkin has been steamed and pureed, let it cool, add the light cream, eggs and corn starch and mix well.
③ Pour the pumpkin mixture into a processor and beat it finely, then pour over the oatmeal tart crust and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.
④ When cool, whip 2.8oz of light cream with 5g of icing sugar, put it in a lidded bag and squeeze it over the top of the pumpkin tart.
⑤ Garnish with some fruit and serve.
