Taro 5.3 oz
Purple potato 1.1 oz
Light cream 0.7 oz
Milk 0.6 oz
Condensed milk 0.7 oz

Pork Floss

Pork floss 2.1 oz
Salad dressing 1.1 oz

Spuds

Butter 0.4 oz
Sugar 0.4 oz
Glutinous rice flour 2.8 oz
Light cream 1.8 oz
Milk 5.6 oz

Puff Pastry

Egg yolk x8
Sugar 1.2 oz
Corn flour 0.6 oz

  • Steps

① First make the taro paste filling, cut the taro and purple potatoes into pieces and steam them.

② Add the light cream, milk and condensed milk together and press into a puree.

③ Make the jicama part, mix all the ingredients except the butter and sieve well.

④ Heat in the microwave oven for about 1 minute. No more liquid.

⑤ Place on a kneading mat, add the butter and knead well, so that it can be shredded.

⑥ For the meat puff filling, add the salad dressing to the meat puffs and scrunch together.

⑦ To make the pastry, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they do not disappear.

⑧ Add the cornflour and mix well.

⑨ Pour into greased moulds and bake in preheated oven at 220°C for 9 minutes.

⑩ Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

⑪ Put the mashed taro on top and sprinkle the top with chopped meat puffs.

⑫ Roll up the cake with a rolling pin and finish.
