What do you need to Make a Large 12 inch Pizza?

Pizza with sparkling water doubles the holiday fun!

Every now and then, when you don’t feel like cooking, just have a pizza! No need to fire up the oven, no need to move the pan, just pop it in the oven and wait for it to come out delicious!

The crust is baked to a high temperature and is thin and crispy. The warm cheese is still shredded, and the rich toppings make for a satisfying bite and an explosion of happiness.

12 inch Pizza King


  1. 3.5oz of high flour
  2. Low flour 3.5oz
  3. Yeast 0.1oz
  4. Sugar 0.1oz
  5. Salt 0.1oz
  6. 1 oz of salad oil
  7. 4.4oz of water
  8. Bacon
  9. Sliced ham
  10. Hot dog sausage
  11. Mozzarella
  12. One third of coloured peppers
  13. Corn kernels
  14. Green beans
  15. Virgin fruit
  16. Carrots
  17. Pizza sauce


① Pour all the ingredients into a chef’s machine and beat until a smooth dough comes out without a glove film.

② Place the dough in a bowl covered with cling film and let rise in a warm place until it is about 1.5 times its original size.

③ While the dough is rising, prepare the ingredients by cutting the peppers, sausages, bacon and ham into small pieces and halving the saints’ fruit.
Boil a pot of water and blanch the green beans and carrots, then blanch the peppers and set aside. Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a circle a little larger than the mould.

④ Roll out the dough into the mould and poke holes in it

⑤ Brush the pastry with a layer of pizza sauce, sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella, top with coloured peppers then bacon, sliced ham, sausage, sprinkle with some corn kernels, green beans, sage fruit, diced carrots and some more mozzarella.

⑥ Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 18 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
